GE Spacesaver Microwave Handle

My microwave handle on my GE Spacesaver microwave just broke. I looked on the other side of the door and I didn’t see any screws. So I took the trim off the back of the door and saw two screws but when I removed them the handle still didn’t come off. What next?

Hi Sara,
Some of these models have two more screws. To access them you must separate the inner doorframe from the outer doorframe. Gently prize them apart but be careful not to break the plastic.
