can not get washer front off

model number GJXRP080D5WW serial number DH107574P

I see the 2 spots where to put the butter knife/ flat screw driver. When I push down nothing happens I try to push up nothing happens. If you could send me a picture of exactly what I am to do wold be a great help. I am a learn by doing person. In the video it shows you doing it but not close enough to see how it comes apart. Also the hose at the back is our issue it keeps popping off due to the water pressure.
