The most common things that will cause this are the thermo fuse, the door switch or the belt tension switch. Unplug the dryer and remove the front bottom cover. Check to see if the belt is broken and if so replace the belt. When the belt breaks the belt tension switch will shut off the motor.

Remove the thermo fuse located on the air duct (fan blade housing). It is the white switch. Using an ohmmeter check for continuity across the switch and if it is open replace it.

If that isn’t the problem you will have to remove the front of the dryer to check the door switch. Remove the switch and check it with an ohmmeter. There should be three terminals one marked C, NO and NC. Check for continuity from the C to the NO with the button pressed and if it is open (no continuity) replace it. The NC is just for the light in the drum.
