It sounds like the compressor isn’t running. More than likely you have a bad start relay. If this is the case you should hear a clicking noise every so often as the compressor tries to start. If this is the case unplug the refrigerator and remove the start relay. Shake the relay and if it rattles it is bad and if not it is most likely ok but you could replace it just in case it repairs the problem.
