lower spray arm

Hi,

I have a a 10 year old KitchenAid dishwasher, model KUDC24SE and the lower spray arm does not spin. I have opened the door during the wash cycle and it alweays is in the same position

There are three things you need check for. First check to see if the wash arm is clogged. There are holes in the wash arms and if some of the holes are clogged then it will not rotate, as it should. If that isn’t the problem there are two bearings above and below the wash arm. Replace both of the bearings.
