Dryer shutting off

I bought a used dryer that is only 3 years old and everytime I go to dry clothes it shuts off after about 10 minutes. After I let it cool down for about another 10 minutes it will start again. And in another 10 it shuts off again. Any ideas what could be causing this to happen? The model # is DWSR48EG3WW and it a GE

I believe your motor is overheating. I suggest cleaning the motor as best as you can with a vacuum and if you have access to compressed-air blow it out. If this doesn’t work you will need to replace the motor.
