Side by Side Refrigerator Ice Maker not working

Water does not appear to be running from the line into the ice maker. It appears to be frozen.

Answer

If the tube that feeds water into the icemaker is frozen pull the tube out of the back of the refrigerator. Typically they twist and pull out. Once out you can clear the line with hot water and reinstall the tube. Then replace the water valve because it most likely caused the tube to freeze. Hope this helps!
