Hi,

This will typically be an airflow problem, which could be a bad fan or ice could be blocking airflow.

In order to be more helpful I will need the model number and more detail as to what it is doing. Look to see if the fans are running and if so check for an airflow blockage. The airflow blockage can be ice on the coils of the freezer, ice could also be in the air ducts or there could be lint on the coils under the refrigerator.
