ice/water dispenser not working

water is in the clear line going to bottom back of refrigerator, but no water in the blue line that travels from bottom back to top back and into ice maker/water dispenser. I have a Frigidaire Electrolux side by side and I think the product number is 241516666 that's the number on the label inside the fridge with p/n listed in front of it Answer Hi Nancy, If both the icemaker and the water dispenser aren’t working the first thing to check is the water filter if you have one. Some models have three water valves one that feeds the water filter one for the icemaker and the other for the water dispenser. The one that feeds the filter will be the one that will cause both the icemaker and the dispenser not to work so replace that one. Thank you, Shawn/administrator |
